Momentum builds for Mac-native applications

Support for the Apple Mac is growing as Autodesk have made AliasStudio available as a native Mac OS X application.

 

This joins SketchBookPro, Autodesk's conceptual sketching application, and Mudbox, a freeform 3D modeller, which are both already available for the increasingly popular Apple platform.

But perhaps there's more to come? Autodesk's technical evangelist Shaan Hurley has been running a customer survey to gauge interest in a Mac OS X port for AutoCAD, and to ascertain which industries and demographics it is coming from.
